Patent Rules
Every day, patents are awarded for ideas that come from a variety of sources, including individual inventors and teams working for major, global organizations. Sometimes patented concepts come to be by chance. Some are put together out of necessity. Some are estimated by business designers or qualified inventors. Many others, though, are just handed down through familial ties. The key issue is that patents frequently result from ideas. And after submitting a patent application, an invention becomes patent pending, putting the creator on the path to a lucrative undertaking that may be one of a kind and may be legally protected.
